Everyone has a unique metabolism just like they have different fingerprints or DNA. With an easy 15-minute assessment, we take a “snapshot” of your aerobic metabolism. From the results we can pinpoint anaerobic threshold (the point at which your body no longer produces energy aerobically). Knowing your exact anaerobic threshold is the key to performing at a higher level. Through appropriate training prescribed by exercise physiologists, anaerobic threshold can improve by 15 – 30%.
