With my weight and 401K both heading in the wrong direction, I needed a can’t-miss investment – my health. NOTHING is more important! Instead of helplessly watching the money disappear with nothing left to show, I decided to make my waist disappear. Did it ever! In just the first 3 months on Peak’s “Guaranteed Weight Loss Program” I lost 25 lbs of fat weight,10% in body fat percentage, and 4 inches off my waist! I definitely reached my goal WAY ahead of schedule. The extremely valuable “weigh and measure” sessions give you irrefutable evidence that the program works. My trainer is a top-notch Exercise Physiologist, motivator, and friend. Additionally, the other staff is always there to lend a hand. They genuinely care. Peak will change your body and your life. Peak is the pinnacle, the zenith, the “ne plus ultra” of fitness centers! *

Peak Performance Fitness has changed my life. I’ve lost 30 lbs and discovered muscles I didn’t even know I had. My Exercise Physiologist, Corynne, continues to challenge me every week with new workouts. She and the rest of the staff are wonderful – helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much about my body and the way to live a healthy life. I’ve also made many new friends as the clientele are great. There’s a great mix of young and old, all with the same goals. It’s a fun place to workout. Thank you Peak!!!! *

It was just over a year ago my husband and I joined Peak Performance and their weight loss program and our journey into fitness began. Our Exercise Physiologist counseled us on nutrition, gave us hint on foods that were good for us and constantly and consistently encouraged us. We had to think of this program as a life change not a diet. The exercise was hard at the beginning and a struggle but we continued. A year later, my husband is down 95 pounds and I have lost 60 pounds. Everything about the program has gotten easier and we are now committed to continue on this road to fitness. We cannot thank Peak Performance enough for their commitment to help us achieve our goal! *

I just wanted to provide some feedback on my experience with Peak Performance so far. I was looking for a trainer for my 12 year old son, Giovanni, to help improve his speed and agility. He’s an avid soccer player that plays on a premier team, but I know he needed some more step in his game to continue competing at that level. I came across your organization and Corynne and I am so grateful that I did. In the short few months that he has been working with her, I’ve already noticed an improvement! His soccer trainer did as well. I am so impressed that not only is she working with him on speed and agility in general, but she is also working on soccer specific speed and agility training techniques and movement.Just as important, her coaching personality and approach to working with him are great. She provides a great work out for him, and delivers it in such a friendly manner – he always looks forward to going to her training sessions! Her training and support don’t end when we leave the facility. She keeps in touch with me during the week to assist and help ensure Gio continues to work on his exercises during the week. I’m really looking forward to having Gio continue working with Corynne at Peak Performance. I am confident that her work with him will enable him to excel in soccer and continue to play at the highest level possible. *

Before joining the weight loss program at Peak, I was leading a sedentary life style. I was not eating the right foods and I was not exercising. The weight gain snuck up on me, and when I had to take my suits to the tailor to have them loosened, I knew that I had to do something constructive about my steady weight gain.

In the past, I have tried to work out on my own at other gyms, but after a few months, I would get frustrated by the lack of results. Since joining the weight loss program and working with my trainer Louise, I have completely changed my eating habits and lifestyle. With Louise’s help, I am making healthy choices in my daily diet, and have discovered the joys of daily exercise. Louise was able to put together a total body workout designed specifically for my body type. By following your chart of exercises, along with eating healthy, you are sure to see positive results. Through Louise’s direction and motivation, I have lost 21 pounds in three short months. I no longer experience the shortness of breath when I go up a flight of stairs, and the pain in my knees and back are gone. The Weight Loss Program at Peak is not a diet. By working one on one with your trainer, the program teaches you to make healthy food choices and introduces exercise into your daily routine. Enrolling in the program has proven to be a great investment. *
I have many reasons for working out at Peak Performance. First, I work out at Peak because the staff is very knowledgeable about injuries and rehabilitation. Their selection of exercises reflects their extensive knowledge. Second, I feel the staff keeps an eye on me while I work out and helps me reach my goals. Third, everyone who works there is friendly and really kind. They always help me with the equipment. Last, I feel very comfortable working out in Peak’s safe and relaxed environment. As a result, I have been going to Peak over a year and plan to continue. *

Hi, I’m Felicia Renelus, a triple jumper from Long Island. I completed four years of undergrad at Brown University where I also competed in Track & Field. I had a great four years there, but due to Covid, had a couple of seasons of eligibility taken away from me and decided to use those years at UC Berkeley for grad school. Overall, my first season at Cal was great, and found myself achieving the goals I had set out for myself. However, I, unfortunately, had a bad ankle injury a month before my conference championships and the NCAA Regional Qualifying Meet. I could barely walk or run without pain and had little mobility in my ankle. Somehow, I found it in me to compete at both of those meets with this injury but didn’t get to see the results I knew I could have produced. Luckily, over the summer, I got connected with Peak Performance Fitness with the hopes of staying in shape by rehabbing my ankle and increasing my bounciness to be better than before. With the help of Titus Tom, I trained weekly doing plyometrics, lifting, and general ankle strengthening to get me back to where I was and better. I enter this new season feeling confident in my fitness and have been able to accomplish things with my bad ankle I never thought I could do before my injury. *

We had a terrific experience at peak performance. Our 10 year old son plays travel soccer at an academy. He did a few months of sports specific training at Peak Performance.
Shellyann R.
His exercise physiologist, David, was absolutely spectacular. He related well to our son. He taught him different stretches. They worked on strength training and injury prevention biomechanics. Our son wanted to do 2 hours session on the weekends! That’s how much he enjoyed the sessions. He didn’t want to stop training with David.
The entire fitness team was great to interact with. Paul was especially good at staying in touch and always following up with answers to my questions.
We have also tried a speed school in the area and we feel that the sports specific training at Peak performance is way superior. Our son enjoyed the sessions at Peak a lot more. The sessions at peak were especially better at focusing on strength training with close attention to injury prevention. The other speed school focused less on injury prevent and our son often left that place with minor muscle strains.
Thank you David and Paul. You guys are terrific. *
