- 6 Whole Wheat Pita Bread Pockets
- 1 10oz box of Frozen Spinach, prepared
- 1 Medium Red Pepper, sliced
- 4oz package of Havarti Cheese with Dill, grated (you can find at Trader Joes)
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Place pitas on sprayed baking sheet. Top with spinach, cheese, and peppers.
- Heat until cheese is bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
