INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 handful of spinach
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 3 TBSP pine nuts
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- ½ ripe avocado
- 2 TBSP nutritional yeast
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 TBSP of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients together until combined.
- Add the pesto over your cooked pasta and toss until evenly spread!
